Hi! I’m Ella.
As a Product Designer, I am convinced that by considering the human being as the main focus we can solve any problem with innovative and game-changing solutions. I have experience in user-centered problematics and digital acculturation. Before being a Teacher Assistant for the UX/UI Bootcamp at Ironhack Paris, I worked in Digital Project Management and discovered the stakes of Agile methodology.
What drives me is understanding the world around me, finding solutions to complex problems, showing flexibility to each and every unique situations and proving that designers don’t say “It depends” just because it’s convenient, but because it’s true.
My path to User-centered Design
“So you’re a designer now?”
I have to say, the path to Design was not obvious to me at first. Now that I’m stepping back, I’m realizing that everything led me to this career. Studying Cross-cultural management, I learned how proving empathy to people is powerful for both solving issues and ensuring successful business relationships. Then, shifting to digital concerns, I became more and more aware that the digital transformation wave impacting companies for the past years was all about helping the structures shaping their dusty processes into something that will help them stay in the race. And this is only possible if the light is shed onto the people on which the processes rely. Eventually getting into Product Design all the pieces came together and I can’t wait to see what will be the next step of this journey.
